We have made the avocado, pepperoni, mozzarella stick salad several times. It’s easy to make. Chad usually has it in his lunch box during the week, because it’s easy to pack and eat while he’s up tower in the wind-turbines or when he’s on a long leg of an Air Guard mission in a C-17 Globemaster.
I make this when I feel lazy and don’t really want to make anything for myself for lunch. Hence, why I made it today so I could take some pictures and share it with you.
Once again I don’t really measure anything, I just throw it together.
- Mozzarella sticks
- Lime juice
- Italian seasoning
- Cut up the avocado, pepperoni, and mozzarella sticks.
- Put everything in a bowl and mix it.
- Find a show to binge watch while my wild child rests his little head or be productive and fold laundry, wait I haven’t even done the laundry……………

I use this avocado tool. I’ve almost cut my fingers when trying to remove the seed of an avocado with a knife. So this tool has probably saved a couple of my fingers.
I like these cutting boards because they are dishwasher safe. I like when I can cut up whatever and then just put the board into the dishwasher.
